I had called a few inspectors and they didn't call me back. Jamie, however, answered his phone and immediately set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived at the appointed time and we found him to be very friendly and personable. He did his inspection in a timely manner and said he would have his report to us by Monday. Jamie is very professional and obviously knows his "stuff". Coupled with that he has a very easy, friendly manner so is a real pleasure to deal with. We would recommend him to anyone.

Jamie did our inspection before we moved into our new home and provided an excellent report on items requiring correction. We again requestion his expertise on our 1st year inspection. This time we were able to see how dedicated he was to the job making sure to job was done. He arrived on time and was a pleasure having him in our home. He couldn't find anyone better.

Jamie took the time to explain to me what he was seeing as he recorded it. My wife and I thought he did a very thorough job. He took pictures and documented everything. He has plenty of tape to mark the issues. I highly recommend him if you are want a top notch house inspection.

We hired Jamie to do our pre drywall and final inspections on our new home build. A family matter arose prior to the drywall inspection, so he wasn’t able to complete that. He contacted me and recommended a colleague of his, who was very good. For our final inspection he’d worked with our project manager before, and had a good rapport with him. The report was very good, included pictures and brought issues to our attention, thankfully cosmetic. I spoke with Jamie on the phone and also texted with him, so communication was very good during the process. I had his report within 24 hrs. I would definitely hire him again should the need arise.

Jim did a great job on a pre-purchase inspection for my buyers. He was prompt, highly knowledgeable, efficient and very accessible for both myself and my buyers with our questions both before, during and after the inspection. Highly recommend!

Jamie was absolutely and totally a professional from the moment I met him to the moment he left he was spot on. If ever I need another inspection, Jamie will be the first one I call. I found anyone I know needs an inspection. Jamie will be the one I recommend.

The home inspection itself was solid. Jamie was on time, professional during the walkthrough, and seemed knowledgeable about the major systems in the house. The report was clear enough and covered the basics I needed to know.

However, the experience after the inspection was less positive. Over the following week, I received multiple emails asking—sometimes practically begging—for a five-star review over multiple platforms. I understand that small businesses rely on feedback, but the persistence felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It put a sour note on what had otherwise been a decent experience.

Overall, the inspection was fine, but the pushy follow-up makes me hesitant to recommend without reservations.

I needed a home inspection within days, not weeks. Jamie was the guy to call. I received a clear, detailed inspection report with photos a few days after the inspection. His service didn't end there. He was always reachable for questions whether it be a quick phone call, text, or email. Most of the time he responded within minutes or even a few seconds after I texted. I highly recommend.

When I needed to have a Wind Mitigation Inspection of my home completed on very short notice, I definitely called the right company. Jamie answered my phone call in person the very first time I called. To my delight he was able to work with both of our busy schedules and find a date and time that worked well for both of us. On the day of the inspection Jamie was right on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to answer any questions I asked to my layman's satisfaction. Jamie had my inspection completed in no time and my report was received in only a couple of days. I would highly recommend Jamie's company to anyone.
