Will be back again..

I was in the market for a "New to me" car.
After a search of the internet, I found one I wanted to test drive.
I enquired and got a phone call later in the morning to book in a Test Drive.
The Salesman I was seeing was with other customers and Vince stepped up and get me on the road.
I love the car. Filled out the paperwork and then was taken to see Grace the Finance manager to arrange payment.
WOW.. Everything went smooth as Silk....
I would recommend James Frizelles Southport to everyone.

VW service specialists are NOT specialists

James Frizelles VW in Lismore and VW Australia have destroyed any faith I have in VW. The sunroof on my Tiguan started leaking and they couldn't tell me what the problem was yet they advertise as "know your VW inside and out". Ultimately they denied all responsibility, as did VW, and refused to reply to my concerns.
Unacceptable experience.
