After accepting my return and getting the rugs back, Abin George followed up several times to see if he could help me pick another rug. He made the whole process so simple! Have’nt seen such customer service in a long time!

A delight to deal with this company
After some disappointing experiences with local retailers it was such a great experience to buy our beautiful new rug from Jaipurrugs.
From first contact to receipt the service was excellent with delightful people to correspond with.
We just wish we lived a little closer to visit their showroom and meet their friendly staff, perhaps one day.

My purchase experience was flawless. I was able to discuss my purchase ahead of time. All of my conerns were addressed. Delivery was seamless and fast. Wonderful experience with Jaipur rugs. Amazing rugs with amazing customer support. Ordered 3 rugs and Abin George made whole ordering journey right from order to delivery very smooth and quick. He helped with returns and reordering. There was no hassle at all. This is the first company I experienced in India who take such big orders and happy to refund you Incase you don’t like the product without deducting a single penny.

Beautiful rugs, very poor customer service
The rugs are beautiful and high quality for sure. Unfortunately, their customer service is not. We ordered a rug in mid November (Order # JR18063). In December, they sent us an email with the picture of the rug. Unfortuantely, it was much lighter than the picture on the website and did not suit our decor. We requested that the order be cancelled and a refund issued. That was 2 weeks ago. We have contacted them twice since and no reply, no cancelation confirmation, and no refund.
UPDATE: Thank you for the prompt response and action. It is frustrating that it took this review to get your company’s attention. If the refund had been processed when we first asked for it 2 weeks ago, this review would have been rated much higher. I would not have hesitated to try to order from your company again, but after this experience, I’m honestly not sure.

One thing to keep in mind is that they do take 5-6 weeks to manufacture the custom rugs. So thinking that the process can speed up is wishful thinking. Terrible Customer Service
A few days ago I posted a review noting that Jaipur Rugs customer service is completely non-responsive. They did comment on my post, saying "Please email us at our email or call +917665435212, and we’ll prioritize your request". First, the phone number is in India, and I should not have to pay for an international call for a rug sold in the United States. Second, I did send a note to the email indicated, and three days later, NOTHING. As I mentioned in my first post, the products are great, but they clearly have no interest whatsoever in supporting their sales or their customers.

Most important - the two custom rugs that we ordered came out perfectly. Jaipur Rugs did a beautiful job. Cost and time were both reasonable - actually excellent. Communication from the e-commerce group was consistently timely and informative.

Lovely rugs from lovely people.
I have purchased three large rugs from Jaipur rugs - all the way from India to the a tiny island off the coast of SW England. They are all beautiful. Two are relatively conservative designs, the other a beautiful bright yellow abstract which is a work of art. The colours are very true to the website. The quality is fabulous. The customer service is impeccable. And their business ethos is really special (if you don’t know about them I’d suggest looking them up. A company with a proper social conscience). If I had more floors I would buy more carpets from them!

After sales services are worst
I bought 3 carpets from them but the time when i decided to get them washed. Real nightmare started for me. I called them, whatsapp them, email them but no reply from their side. Whenever you called the store, they will say. You have to email. It’s been more than 3 months now still got no response.
I will not recommend them at all. Till the time you’re paying,They’ll be quick in reply, afterwards you are nobody to them.
