Liked their service! I was selling some used items, even though most didn’t make the cut, the team was responsive, fast, and always in contact. So the refused items were send back easily.
From a seller’s perspective the service is as good as it gets for a fully online experience.

During my city trip in Paris I came across this great boutique! Extensive choices and beautiful pieces. It feels good to make a purchase here, treat yourself well and at the same time do good for the circular economy. Highly recommended when you are in Paris!

Jaiio great new kid on the block!
I now have 80 - 100 items listed with Jaiio. They’ve been fantastic! The service , in English, has been really great. When I noted articles missing from my return and not on my site they were so pro active! Things happen- how you handle it is what counts.
