I ordered 5 personalised tracksuits for my grandchildren on 27th November 2025.
I have recieved no correspondence, update or guidance as to when I will recieve these items. I have given the benefit of the doubt and waited until end of January. But nothing. Now I would just like a refund, but so disappointed. These were suppose to be a cute christmas present for my family.

Please don’t order from this seller.
I ordered 3 personalised tracksuits, I had to pay extra for the postage,(due to the seller not putting the correct amount of paid postage on the package) which then never arrived!
I left a review on Trustpilot for the seller to then contact me and said she would post them the next day, this was on the 10th of December, if I could please take down the bad review, I took the review down and guess what, they never turned up.

I ordered 1 pair of christmas pajamas and 1 polar bear express certificate on the 1st of November the pajamas arrived on the 11th of December almost 7 weeks after placing the order to find that I had only received the pajamas and no certificate stated refunded on order form but no refund has been given poor communication also

Ordered 2 tracksuit’s for my grandsons beginning of November no response or updates from seller finally sent email she replied she was running a little late and would be sent the following week sent 3 emails since no response at all I’m giving her until the beginning of next week and I’ll try to get a refund through my bank

I ordered two tracksuits for my great grandsons, with their names on. The quality of the material is lovely and their names on them look great.
This is probably a small business and I would use them again.Personalising an item makes them very special.☺️👍

Orderd a personalised lounge suit for baby when it arrived a lot thinner than expected they state that its cosy for the weather but obviously not English weather.

after coming across the page via facebook i went on to look on the website and loved what i seen so went on to order some personalised sets for my little boy which arrived in the timescale stated and can honestly say these sets are 10/10 amazing quality and look delightful on my little boy will 100% be my go to shop for clothes kind regards frazer & mammy 🧸🧸

I came across this brand on Facebook and loved the products, I placed an order for 2 personalised t shirts, and 10 hoodies (1 in each colour for 2 sets of sizes 🤦🏻‍♀️)
I made a mistake with my order and it was resolved instantly. The products were shipped so quickly, a lot quicker than I expected given that they’re all personalised. I was IN LOVE with them when they arrived, the quality is incredible and they are even cuter in person than the photos. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you so much 🫶🏼

Always been my go to place to order personalised items for myself and my children. Quality of clothes and bags are amazing, I’d never buy elsewhere. Delivery is really good too considering all items are personalised :)

I ordered some bits for my little boy from the baby bear &co what amazing quality the items were I have washed them a few times because kids do get messy and they come up like new you can tell they are made well the personlised names haven’t come off or anything. I brought some birthday pjs for my little girl and they where perfect I had one very happy little girl she wears them constantly and tells me how soft and comfortable they are I can’t recommend this company enough
