I am in the Highlands of Scotland and have been ordering plants, bulbs etc. on line for a number of years. This is the first time I have ordered from Jackson Nurseries, as one of the plants I wanted was not available through my usual suppliers. However, it certainly will not be last.
My plants arrived in an excellent condition. I normally expect them to be a little 'tired' due to the journey, however these plants looked like I had just collected them from a garden centra/plant supplier.
I was kept fully informed of the status and delivery of my order and the courier was exceptional.
I can thoroughly recommend Jackson Nurseries.

Having now received a few orders from Jacksons Nurseries, I can say how pleased I am with the way the plants are packed, all arrived safely with DPD. Highly recommend.

Excellent services & products
Hayden gave very good advice on which magnolia plants were suitable for my gardens. I ordered them online and they arrived promptly & in very good condition. I would order from them again without hesitation.

Needed 3 exactly matching Irish yews for planting in a formal location. Unable to visit in person to choose them from stock as live a very long way from nursery. They selected the best similar ones for me and sent photo of the three, setting them aside for a few days for me to approve. All good, with a much better price and size than I was quoted by several other nurseries. Very helpful service by email/phone was much appreciated.

Really good customer service, quick delivery, no damage to the plant in transit due the excellent packaging, and my mum was delighted with her lovely birthday rose! I would definitely use this company again.

Jane was most helpful in the nursery in helping me choose my 100cm standard roses and transported them to the till and her motorise vehicle.

I’ve bought 𝘚𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘢 𝘫𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢 ‘𝘎𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘗𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴’ from Jacksons before and been delighted with the quality and value for money, so I had no hesitation ordering 15 more for a new border. And they’re just as good as last time, but a pound cheaper! They’d have been double the price in a garden centre. Allow plenty of time for unboxing - they package the plants very well!

Receivef lovely plants yesterday, Sorbaria Sem, Sambacus Golden Tower and Flowering Quince Scarlet Storm. I am delighted with these fine looking plants, great value for money.

I placed an order recently for some plants and one of them appears to be dead I telephoned them and explained the problem and without any quibble they replaced it great service I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased roses from Jackson again this year... The last ones were brilliant... And the 6 I ordered this year, arrived within a few days, good price, perfectly packed, and once again they look like stunning plants. Thankyou Jackson. I will definitely order again.

I ordered 2 Viburnum Burkwoodii from here as they are so hard to find. Not only did they arrive within a couple of days but they were beautifully healthy looking plants superbly packed to survive the transit. Wouldn't hesitate to both recommend them and will definitely be ordering my plants from them again. Top notch service.

The plants were delivered quickly. They were well packaged and all seem very healthy. I thought they were good value too.

Hibiscus ordered and delivered in a couple of days. I emailed them, wanting advice. Hayden Salt replied in 49 minutes. Couldn't ask for more.
The plant itself was sturdy and extremely well packed.

Have used Jacksons for Christmas Trees for a number of years. Always a lovely tree, well packaged, arriving as expected. Customer service answers questions about delivery in good time.

I recently purchased on line 8 plants from Jackson Nurseries and the whole exercise was easy. The plants when they arrived were healthy and so well packed. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes to purchase quality plants. I will certainly be back for more plants in the next few months.

If you have ever wondered whether it is worth buying from a specialist nursery, my experience says "yes". From a staggeringly good range, I ordered five hybrid T roses. They were delivered in just a few days and were superb plants. They were packed expertly in a giant box, in which their pots were taped to make movement and damage almost impossible. The quality of the plants is obviously excellent: and the price was good too.

What a beautiful Christmas tree. This year is the first time i have ordered a Christmas tree online, i am not disappointed. A wonderful fresh tree was delivered the next day. it looks fantastic and smells great as well. And now it looks even better now it's decorated. Many thanks Jodie👍😊

I ordered a 6-7ft Christmas tree. Was delighted with the tree that was delivered. It was nearer 7ft and is the best tree I've had delivered for several years. Excellent service. Will be back again next year.
