Jack's Defrauded me!

Jack's Defrauded me!

I made a lunchtime order through Uber. A driver accepted
and waited. My order was canceled while the driver was
still there, I could see him on GPS. I phoned him up, he said
after he accepted my order, jacks refused to hand it to him.

I asked If I get refunded, the driver said since the Shop
canceled it, they would deal with it.

I phoned up Jack's, they said the driver's bag looked small
and dirty??? That's why they canceled my £15 ORDER??
They didn't think this was MY decision to make??

Now I have to hope that Uber's messy refund system will
work and my lunch got delayed.

Jack's is disgusting!
