Jack Schmitt Collinsville

I took my truck for a recall to the Jack Schmitt Ford in Collinsville IL for a recall to repair the locks from freezing in the winter. When I went back to pick up my truck the service dept had done an upgrade to the electronics system! I had to take my truck back to the Ford dealer and leave it for one more day to have the locks repaired. I also included the recall for the tailgate on the pick up truck as the tailgate on our truck would randomly open. The service manager assured me the locks and the tailgate would be repaired/taken care of. On the second try the locks were taken care of but the tailgate was not, it just randomly opened again yesterday. I called the service manager and he told me he would not cover it! This is a recall, so I will be taking my truck to Roberts for the recall instead. I do want to say the Jack Schmitt Wood River location is wonderful, but not the Collinsville location.
