Was Told Online Inventory Isn't Accurate - By a Customer Care Rep!

Ordered a pair of shoes, waited 12 days with no update on the order and hadn't received the shoes. I contacted customer service only to find out they didn't have the shoes I ordered and paid for. I was told their online inventory isn't updated real-time, and the shoes I ordered must have been in a store who didn't update their inventory accurately. My money was refunded but I wanted the shoes. I emailed customer service explaining my situation, hoping for some sort of resolution, stating I was highly disappointed and never received an email back. That was a year ago! Then, just this week I get an email thanking me for my recent purchase and asking me to rate my experience - a year later...seems right. I was going to let my experience go unheard, but when you email me twice a year later asking for my input, here it is. I haven't visited their site since.

This is only for the online experience

This is only for the online experience. Pages are slow to load. Why can't I see the price of some of the shoes right away? Shipping isn't cheap. Some of the online discounts didn't work, even on the same day it was promoted.

I am a very satisfied customer

The employee at JackRabbit was very helpful, informative, and he assisted me with trying out various types of running shoes suitable for my feet in comfort and size. I've been running on the treadmill almost everyday with this new pair of shoes. My ankles do not bother me when running, now. :)

The closest JackRabbit to me is in Glendale, where I also live. I have purchased walking shoes, clothing, equipment, and energy snacks at this location. Jill, Cliff & Matt (the Manager) are always upbeat & friendly, not to mention extremely knowledgeable about what shoe is the right choice for the each and every person who walks thru their door, as well as all of the products they carry in their store. A GREAT Team makes for a GREAT Store!!!!

My experience was terrible

My experience was terrible. Waited 3 weeks for one item we purchased. They wouldn't communicate with us and took forever to respond. That was the first and will be the last time I buy from them.

Yes really like my shoes got them for high impact

Yes really like my shoes , a instructor of a high class recommended them. The only thing is they must run bigger , I got a 10 to have room for jumping around. And should of ordered a 9 1/2 . Wasn’t sure yet about the return policy . So been wearing thicker socks. Will order a smaller size if on sell .

Wrong size received

Ordered size 12.5 and received 9.5 Glycerin 15. After contacting their service email, it took about a week to get a response. They provided a UPS return label and shipped the correct size before getting the return. Ended up satisfied but it wasn't as smooth as I would have liked.

JackRabbit had exactly the shoe I wanted, at a competitive price. I received the shoes in much less time than I expected. The entire experience of shopping with JackRabbit was easy and I will shop there again!

I was extremely disappointed I order a new pair of shoes On clouds for my next race, I was waiting for over a week. I call the customer service trying to track my new shoes just to find out the were out of stock. If I didn’t call customer service most likely I will still be waiting for my shoes. Not happy with your service.

Terrible customer service

Bought 1 pair of shoes that didn’t fit. They didn’t have the size I needed. I wanted to use the same discount code to the new pair. They wouldn’t apply it. I spoke to someone, she wasn’t helpful. Asked for a supervisor & she said supervisor said same thing. She was rude, not helpful. In the end I sent the wrong fit shoes back & bought nothing from them. Never shopping with them online again. What a pain!
