I’m beginning to have memory issues and I was online which they had good promos when I laid my phone down and came back it went from 40 to .16. I couldn’t get an agent to understand because they couldn’t find the account. I was told to delete that one and start over so I couldn’t find it and signed up I just couldn’t get the other one found to delete wouldn’t you know I hit one of there jackpots and I got shook up that I wouldn’t get it. I need that money so bad but the customer service was exceptional for real and I THANK YOU EVERYONE!
