Jackpota has great package offers, great chances at winning, games with high percentage RTP's and a very quick to respond support team. They are helpful and do detailed explanations.. I had made a recent review on Jackpota indicating the redemption process was slow. that is not correct. An ACH Transaction takes 3-5 days and the redemptions came within that time frame. 100% my mistake. I failed to do my due diligence expecting notifications of SMS and Email from the Bank which they didn't send me, I failed to check the deposits in my account. Jackpota, my sincerest apology.
