Nothing is too much trouble for Aaron & the team at Jack Murphy Jewellers, absolutely fantastic service everytime I deal with them.
Aaron kept me up to date with the progress of the repair on my necklace & even tho he advised the goldsmith was extremely busy, I didn't have too long a wait to get it back good as new.

Aaron was polite, caring and super helpful. Once he received my order he rang me to discuss my requirements further offering recommendations and sending pictures of different types of templates. He stayed in contact with me throughout, didn’t charge me for faster post and was so very kind. When the necklace arrived it was gift wrapped and packaged beautifully. They had also included a free cleaning cloth and a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase. I was concerned that I had never used or heard of this jewellers, but I had nothing to worry about. I can’t remember the last time I experienced such superior service. I won’t be going anywhere else for jewellery from now on. Absolutely first class

I ordered a personalised necklace & matching earrings for a 50th.
The items are absolutely stunning & I'm so excited to gift them. However the show stopper in all this was the customer service, never have I received such excellent service. From the moment I placed my order to receiving it so beautiful gifts wrapped & done with such care, the communication, service, professionalism & friendliness has been outstanding! Saw a fantastic deal for a great watch online. Not only was it a great deal but the customer service was incredible. Speedy safe delivery, superb packaging, and a hand written note of gratitude for the purchase reminded me of days long gone by where there was a personal touch to customer service. I live in England and planned a visit to Newry where family is originally from. Thought it would be a nice idea to treat my daughters to special rings each.
Prior to our visit I contacted Jack Murphy Jewellers in Newry and asked for two Claddagh rings . They didn’t stock any . However, Aaron went above and beyond and ordered two in of my choice. We had numerous emails and even phone conversations between us. We arrived in store on Saturday and the beautiful rings of excellent quality were waiting for us .
The service we received in store was amazing by a lovely young lady. I also, treated myself to a gold necklace whilst there.
The shop in Newry is exceptional, the choice, quality of jewellery and service received blew us away!! …

VISIT TO JACK MURPHY JEWELLERS
Well, where do I begin? I had the pleasure of visiting "Jack Murphy Jewellers" this afternoon. It was a wonderful experience.
Normally the diamonds are the stars of the show but, on this occasion, I'm afraid they had to wait for my attention. The newly extended and refurbished showroom is a pleasure to behold. Showcasing, lighting, furniture, soft furnishings and mirrors have all been chosen with great care and attention. They are elegant and classy and provide a wonderful backdrop to the Diamond Experience.
In due course, I did switch my attention to the rings. As is always the case in "Jack Murphy Jewellers," I had an extensive array of styles to choose from.
Gemma and her dad Jack were in attendance and were extremely helpful with advice and guidance. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while I deliberated and in due course made my choice.
The whole experience was a delight.
Needless to say, all safety measures for Covid were in place and I felt completely safe and protected.
I would highly recommend a visit to the showroom.
It is a joy!
