Jacketsland was incredibly helpful with my questions. The OVO details are beautifully executed.

Stay away from this company. Their website lists them as being located in Fairfax, Virginia. However, they are located in Pakistan. I placed an order on 1/17/25 (for an item that was needed for an event being held on 2/1/25) and at that time the website stated that it was going to be a 6-10 days delivery time. However, after the order was placed (and paid for), they sent me a follow-up email requesting that I confirm the order details and further stating that the delivery time would be 14-18 working days from the date at which I confirmed the details of my order. At this point I requested the order be cancelled because based on the timeframe, I would not receive the order in time. On 1/29/25 I received a shipping confirmation with shipping details of the package being shipped from Pakistan. I received the order on 2/3/25, after the date in which it was needed. I have contacted them several times requesting instructions for returning the package but instead of them assisting me, they responded with "we apologize for the delay. I hope you are doing well."

I recently purchased the Kansas City Chiefs Sideline Cape Coat from JacketsLand, and I'm absolutely thrilled with this purchase! They are legit. It took about a month to get my order but it was worth the wait. The jacket is beautiful and well made, the leather really is butter soft like someone else said on their review. I’m a real person whose jacket delivered via FedEx today. I am happy with my order and would order again. Thanks guys!

Ordered falling for Christmas Knit Sweater on Dec 18 for $100. Received a cheap knock off fleece type fabric pattern dyed sweat shirt. They will not accept returns. Also the reviews on the website are not real. They did not post my product review. STAY AWAY form this store!

The jacket I ordered was a complete knock off joke. Words were misspelled, it was not centered, the material was different. I returned the jacket via FedEx on the 8th and still have not received my money back for the initial purchase. DO NOT BUY from here, they are scammers.

Absolutely abhorrent company. I ordered a jacket on November 20 and it’s January 19 I have not heard anything no shipping notification or order status. I will be filing a dispute with my bank. I won’t be ordering anything from them in the future.

They sent me a fake version of the jacket I ordered. It was clearly a cheap knockoff sent from a sweatshop In Pakistan.

Placed an order on Dec1, 2024. Notified by company via email that I needed to confirm my order which I did immediately after receiving their confirmation email.
Hadn’t heard anything from company after multiple attempts by email & a phone number that is listed on their website.
As of 12/21/ supposedly the items are in a “quality Check status”. Long story short, items will not arrive until well after Christmas.

Very poor customer service. I have tried to call always busy. Ordered a jacket and it did not come as described. Contacted several time with little luck. Filed a credit card dispute we will see what happens. Would not buy anything from them. It appears they are operating out of country. Asked to return but they do not respond

Jacketland is a total scam. Do not order from this false company. They have fake addresses in California and fake phone numbers. I ordered a jacket that never came.
I did get a tracking number from Pakistan.
You cannot get ahold of anyone to speak to
But they will reply by email from (Emma) but will not resolve the order that was not received. Don't waste your money on this site, or company. I did. 149.00 buck for a jacket never received, and you cannot and will not be able to get a refund. All they want to do is argue with you through email.

Worst place to buy anything I purchased a jacket came back, very cheap and not what it was on the site will never buy anything from this place ever can’t even get a refund takes forever to even get an answer about anything and still waiting. It’s been about four months already.

Wrong item sent and they are just ignoring my correspondence - I ordered a $90 cardigan from New York but they sent a weird awful jacket - not answering my e mails to organise a return and refund
