Jack is a friendly, professional and trustworthy person, he responds quickly and explains everything.
The watch arrived quickly and very well packed.

I found jacks watches through Instagram ads, and the greynaut mod was insane. I checked reddit to see if Jack was legit and it looked good as people had shared their experiences on there (shoutout to freeskier989). Hit up Jack on WhatsApp and it was super easy, I messaged him any time and he always replied, kept me in the loop with progress, and even went as far as proving the watch was legit as I asked him to personalise the photo (hold up three fingers with the watch) and he was happy to do so. Jack also sent me both videos and photos of the pressure test and time graph tests. All around 10/10 experience and watch, would recommend and buy again (aus buyer).

I was very happy with the watch and process from start to finish. Great communication from Jack during the build.
The strap is a little small, so beware if you have a big wrist..
A little expensive when you factor in postage to the UK, but that was expected.

Clean job and amazing also fast shipping. I am happy with my watch.

Jack has lots of customization templates available on his site and answers any questions very promptly and clearly. I ended up with the watch in review title which came in a very unique, hypoxic grayish-blue hue.

He is open to customizing down to the detail as well. He's transparent with the QC process and once everything is settled up shipping international (Thailand to US) only took 3 days. He also provides it in a neat custom watch case!
