This is not only an incredible company but also a beautiful human being.
So, here's the story in a nutshell: They sent me my watch after a reasonable three weeks. But when I opened the box, there was no watch, only the original accessories.
I immediately wrote to him, and we agreed to investigate what had happened with the courier. It was clear that someone was stealing the job.
No problem, they proposed to send me a new one only paying the taxes. No one would have done it without customer complaints. But they did.
I never seen something like this.
I’ll be their customers forever!!!!

I ordered 2 Seiko Submariner homage watches from Jack and they came beyond my expectations! I ordered customized pieces and really enjoyed the result, because the quality is extremely good. I made contact through Instagram originally and requested a quote for a custom Seiko SRPD79, I then received a few messages back and forth and once a spec was confirmed I paid a deposit up front, I was updated regularly throughout the build process and received videos when it was ready, from then I paid the final balance and was provided with a consignment number, it took around a week and a half to get to the UK, absolutely chuffed to bits with the watch, thank you!

My watch just arrived yesterday, pictures won't do it justice. You get everything you wish to expect from a professional service. I got a customized logo too which fits perfectly with the aesthetics of the watch. Replies were quick and requests were taken without problems. Also the build quality itself is amazing for the price. Where do I even begin! Jack was so nice from the beginning, something about him made me trust him immediately, he just has that charm, communication and commitment to his clients is flawless! And his products are impeccable. Ordering more pieces from him absolutely!

I have purchased 2x custom watches now from Jack. The first one was a simple custom watch and the latest was a gold GMT with Arabic numerals on the bezel and date, complete with name engraved on the clasp.

Jack sent my first watch to UAE and the second he delivered to my hotel in BKK during my last stay there. He sent me videos on setting a GMT and how to reduce the rubber strap size, even sending me the tool to help, directly to my hotel.

His workmanship quality is fantastic, 5*, highly recommended. His communication is outstanding and perfect, always ensuring every detail is checked before finalising and sending. The watches are even tested and waterproof for basic swimming in the pool.
