James was very easy to work with throughout our project and happy to take on board any ideas we had about our project, whilst offering up lots of great suggestions .He and his team has always been very approachable and always come back with answers to your queries He has always been calm, patient and an excellent listener. He was always open to our ideas and thoughts and we benefited greatly from his expertise and insights. We were successfully guided through the planning process and his fee proposal was clear and straightforward with no hidden extras. We have now completed our project, including the 45-week build phase, and are absolutely delighted with the end result delivered by JAB. From our very first meeting, we were impressed by James and his team’s professionalism, knowledge, and creative approach. We engaged JAB to design and manage our house renovation up to the planning stage, and they delivered with skill, expertise, and flair.

Using their Extension Hub, we were able to find a team of high-quality contractors. Throughout the entire process,right through to the end of the build, the JAB team continued to provide invaluable advice, guidance, and support.

JAB were great from start to end, I cannot praise them highly enough. From the first email/interaction to the last, I received excellent service, from people who were both friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble and I have never had such quick responses from a company. Additionally they were amazingly good value and I still cannot believe the amount of work they did for the price they charged, I kept expecting to be asked to pay more! I couldn't have done it without them, not only did they do a great job but they were very supportive and were willing to take time to explain things to someone who was completely naive to the ins and outs of the planning process and local council. Thank-you does not feel like enough.

Zita and Mertcan designed us the most beautiful house. The team at JAB were really brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them more. The planning application process was handled really smoothly and any third party required for surveys etc were easily found through extension hub. Would use again (and may be back shortly for bottom of garden garages!)

From the first meeting on site with Zita & Thomas we found the J.A.B Team to be very professional, friendly, positive, accommodating & innovative.They are very proactive with design solutions& work closely with you on any issues. Through the Extension Hub communication & details of the design process are very easy to follow & always accessible.
Nothing was too much trouble for the whole team, even when we changed the design after planning permission had been granted & they had to make a resubmission at no extra cost - going the extra step. J.A.B Design was very supportive, adaptable & accommodating during the whole process.

JAB Design and their associated services have been fantastic from start to finish. I found them online and was impressed by the breadth and quality of their work. The interaction with every member of the team was excellent. Everyone went over and above to not only ensure that they understood and met my brief but also helping to ensure that the builders delivered the right construction. Highly recommended.

We engaged JAB design to design an extension to a property in a new town we were moving to. Picked them because we found loads of good reviews about them on the Facebook group for the town. Mertcan Abbey was the architect we worked with and we found him extremely helpful and customer focused. Since we were new to the town and did not have many contacts, JAB Design and their sister concern Extension Hub helped us engage all the right people at the right time and get things done on a tight timeline as a one stop shop. We found their drawings and specifications detailed which meant that once we entered in to a building contract based on them, there was very little that was ambiguous. Further to this, once build started, James Bridgwater who is the Director of JAB Design helped immensely with keeping the builder on the straight and narrow and keeping to specification. Can't express how much I appreciated this since it took the majority of the stress out of the process. Would highly recommend this firm.

Excellent experience with JAB Design Ltd. Very professional and knowledgeable from the get-go. Everything done when it was said it would be done and everyone we came into contact with was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend without hesitation

Very pleased with the service, we found their designers listened to our requirements and adapted the plans to meet budget constraints. Although we used our own builders JAB Design were still very useful in introducing a number of other contractors and services that all provided excellent services for a fixed price.

We had rough idea what we wanted but Zeta & Mertcan turned it into something with real wow factor including design ideas we hadn't thought of. Superb service from start to finish including help with all the permissions and finding contractors. Highly recommended.
