Ordered a pair of GK gloves for my son’s birthday. Was sent the wrong gloves and wrong personalisation. Took 2 days to get a reply from my emails to be told customer services can’t help and to use the return link. I then have to pay to return them.
This mistake is on the company not the customer, the customer should not be paying to return mistake made by the company.

Due to unfair and flippant response, lies and the fact you’ve gone to ground with no reply, we have to leave this on here.
Simply awful, the only thing worse than the gloves is the response, really poor, we all feel Hard done by here it seems, but you’ve kept my money, return costs (you accepted the return) and the gloves. Criminal, sending a YouTube video of Your ‘founder’ doesn’t help Anyone, I’m sure the viewers here would appreciate that.
Not sure how you’ve had 10 good reviews based on What we received, the process and the response with zero accountability.
If only they’d let me post the photos of your ludicrous response, and the fault on the gloves that isn’t even splitting in the direction you’d take them off!
Dreadful pair of gloves whether uncommon or not, the responses and the fact we have been ignored the last 3 times we’ve reached out is a really poor show.
Telling you we are dissatisfied is not abusive. Telling fibs, claiming we have the wrong size and asked for a size up (not true, refund requested) and sending a YouTube video on how to take gloves on and off is brilliant, the freyed part of the gloves isn’t on the cuff it’s vertical freying. Open to talk but you are still hiding behind automated return responses, sometimes consumers have to learn the hard way. Regards

Absolute brilliant gloves do not wear out fast which is a plus!! Definitely recommend!!

Recently bought a new pair of gloves for my son. Whilst on the site I saw a lucky dip offer too. I tried my luck and told my son that they'd probably be older stock and he can use them as decent training gloves.

When they arrived the RRP was double what we paid and he loves them (ICE XTN Negative Cut). They are his match gloves and the BIONIC PREMIER Hybrid gloves are used for his J4K Keeper sessions and back up match gloves.

I'm absolutely delighted with the value for money! Not a mark on them after 5 weeks of use and whether is placebo or the gloves his handling is coming on leaps and bounds.

Being a GK coach it’s hard to come by good gloves. I have used J4K for more than 5 years now, and I must say that the gloves are such good quality at very affordable prices. Along with the service provided from queries to speed of delivery. They also supply equipment and clothing which again is both affordable and very good quality. Would highly recommend J4K for any GK needs.

Bought some gloves for my son, good quality and lasting well, especially on astro pitches.
Gloves are easy to clean and lasting well.
Being part of the J4K community is definitely helping with the tips and tricks this site offers.
Furthermore the J4K gear I have bought is great quality. I bought some compression padding for my son who is 7 year old plays U8, sizes are ample as they are slightly bigger, but the padding had definitely helped with my lads confidence.

Son has been using J4K Gloves for over a year now and loves them. What I like about J4K is if there is ever any issues with orders or anything which there is rarely any Matt from J4K messages with in minutes.

Items are dispatched quickly and packaged as you would expect. My son has had a 3G/4G specific pair and a grass pair both have lasted a whole season, which I haven’t experienced in the past with some of the leading corporations.

I would definitely recommend using J4K and we will always be proud to wear J4K gloves.

My experience with J4K has been amazing. As a goalkeeper myself, not only is it my daughter who loves their products but so do I.

New to using J4K. But I cant speak highly enough of Ray and the team the brand is such a fantastic family. I'd say family as that how they make you feel. There products are 1st class pricing is excellent after care service is the best we have had. Give J4K a go you won't be disappointed. Also they have this wonderful community on Skool called total goalkeeping

I highly recommend these gloves my son loves them they have a wide range and a great fit that are durable and long lasting unlike other brands.
Customer service is spot on I put the wrong address down and they swiftly sorted the issue out.

My son's been using these gloves ever since he started goalkeeping. They're great value. The latex is good quality and the durability is good as well. If looked after, they last really well.

Amazing quality and grip. The goalkeeper gloves I ordered for my son were first rate and better quality than a lot of the top brands (3G Techno Astro Turf). They have amazing grip and are very durable. J4K gloves offer options for specific finger cuts, which helps choosing the right type. Ray and the team are excellent. Delivery times and support are next level. Definitely recommend.
