Never got the shoes I ordered either back in September 2024 same thing as what you all say they keep sending emails saying they ship I said I want a refund and I want it now and they just keep saying oh we're trying to figure out what's going on but nothing I think they're gone now

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in August 2024, sent bogus tracking, answers to emails were always the same, refused to issue a refund. Now there’s no response to emails! Never received my order!!

I ordered shoes in September. They never arrived. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they keep telling me that they are being shipped. It is apparent that they are not being shipped and they will not process my refund.

Scam. Please do not order from them. Everytime I emailed them about getting a refund, they would always say that it’s on its way. Horrible

Never received my shoes since aug2024 I love before I ordered I looked at reviews nothing bad on fb now I look on here and all bad just get emails saying there looking for them I want my money back now

If I could they would get no stars,I ordered my two pairs of shoes in August 2024 and 5 months later still no shoes and they have a way to contact them, plus out of $48 for shoes I haven’t received.. It hasn’t updated yet about when I will receive them. My first and last time ordering anything from them.

COMPLETE SCAM! I ordered shoes back in May 2024. I have been emailing for the past 6 months and they keep telling me the same thing...Looks like they are in process of being delivered. Not for 7 months!!! LIES!!! They are horrible and now I'm out my money and the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered. They ignore my request for a refund and only respond with same reasoning every time I contact them.

Ordered in August, same as the reviews 2vpairs, never came, sent a bogus tracking number. After many attempts to get the order or my money back I let them know I wouldn't just be silent. I said I will post on every post made about these shoes, contact china's business security and then the emails they had sent with tracking numbers were erased by them. My bank is now trying to get in contact with them also. So sad because I really wanted these.

Just like everyone else, I ordered in August and have received nothing. Mutliple emails with excuses and no proof of shipping, blaming the courier. Not able to provide refund because it has been shipped.

This company is a scam and quite frankly thieves!!!! Like everyone else I ordered 2 pair of shoes in August and have received NOTHING! If you email them they give excuse after excuse after excuse - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will post on Instagram, TikTok, contact TEMU, Amazon, whoever I need too to let them know about this company. I've now gotten my bank involved and have requested more information on what else can be done to prevent these people from stealing the money of others. They have committed theft and their practices are deceptive.

Zero stars. I ordered 2 pair of shoes on August 6th and nothing. I’ve sent multiple email & they keep stating that they are on the way & are unable to issue a refund since they have been shipped. I wish I knew who to report them to. I’m super mad at myself for being so dumb.

Zero stars !! Do not order from them as every review here speaks the truth ; ordered in Sept and still no sneakers and no refund , they just reply that the order is on the way ! So mad at myself for falling for this scam ! 🤨

Zero stars…just like all of the reviews i have read here, every one could be mine. Same time i ordered to too many emIls asking for a refund. This place is a joke, and a scam. Facebook needs to check out businesses before they are allowed to advertise with them. Expensive lesson learned.

I too ordered my shoes in August and still have not received my order. They constantly keep telling me they are on the way. I have asked for a refund & was told they would not be able to refund me until the matter is resolved. It's been 4 months & I have been more than patient. I will submitting my complaint to the BBB. I wish I had checked reviews 1st. A 1 rating is too good for this company.

Ordered shoes in August. Never received them. Customer Service is a joke. They send out generic letters to everyone that say the same thing. 😡😡😡

If i could rate a 0 i would. I am so mad at myself for not looking up the reviews before purchasing, i ordered 3 pairs of shoes on August 15th it is not December 3ed and still nothing. They keep telling me the shoes are on the way, I've asked for a refund multiple times and they just skip over that. Being a single momma and being on my feet all day at work i was really hoping to get some new shoes now I've lost 66.00 that i couldn't really afford to lose in the forst place. It is so maddening. Just hope people do their research first before purchasing, and noone else falls for this SCAM.

Sad to say, a very poor experience…,I ordered the light weight sneakers….waited months w no arrival… customer service kept telling me its on the way…..still no shoes….and they have my money!
