Extremely disappointing experience.

Kitchen bought 4 months in advance at Ixina tour et taxis, installation planned for 8 September, and it’s still not finished at the end of the year. I spent almost a month without a functioning kitchen, with only the cooktop and dishwasher working. The installer even cancelled the finalisation the day before, with no new date given.

Terrible follow-up, no professionalism, I constantly had to call, remind, and even visit their shop at Tour & Taxis. For the price they charge, honestly go to IKEA – faster, cheaper, and more reliable.

Kitchen design with Dylan

Very helpful, capable person, who tries to understand the client needs, has very good listening skills and very quick to implement and realize the required kitchen parts/design in a short time. Dylan Arnold, that is.

Extremely poor customer support!

The experience with Ixina is probably the worst experience with any company I've had so far. They made an error during installation. Of course, they confirmed that a mistake was made, but months pass and the problem is not solved. If you don't want to gamble that everything will go smoothly, avoid this company by all means. According to the ratings, the chances of getting into trouble are 50/50.

UPDATE #1 (7.10.2024)
the answer to my comment is generic. The case has already been opened, but nothing has been done. Basically, we follow the development of the situation and solving the user's problems day by day.

UPDATE #2 (13.10.2024)
There is still no replay on my mail. Soon will put all all correspondence online (it will be good indexed and easy to find)

UPDATE #3 (3.11.2024)
Still no replay on my mail. I sent another reminder. In the second communication, the employee from Ixina says that there is a lack of people and that is why they cannot do the repairs in the expected time! Unreal!

Very poor customer relation


Very poor customer relation, and very poor quality cabinets. 🙄😬.
Can u guys pls come and takeout the poor quality kitchen is erected for us.
We waited for months for our kitchen and more than 3months plus for the counter top, and till now some of the cabinets have been damaged before they brought them,and till now they keeps changing the cabinets every time because they keeps getting spoil every time.
They said we have 10yrs guaranteed that they will keep changing the cabinets but I want to enjoy my kitchen and not looking out every time for damage cabinets because of poor quality cabinets.
Pls ixina I need my new kitchen now, I have waited for over 8months for my new kitchen and we have paid in full pls fulfill your part of the contract.
ixina Aarteslaar we don't want troubles.

Excellent experience in Ixina Brugge

We had an excellent experience with Xanders from Ixina. He was very professional, kind and attentive to all the details. He patiently listened to our wishes and provided us with a customized solution for our kitchen, giving us useful advice and alternatives where appropriate. He managed to make the selection process a pleasant and stress-free experience. I highly recommend working with Xanders to anyone who wants quality cuisine and excellent service.

Avoid!!

Good at sales but disappointing during the installation and after sales. The project manager doesn't work every Tuesdays and Wednesdays and reply was always delay and doesn't return calls.

They left my kitchen unfinished last October 4 due to missing materials. One month after, they confidently say I can book the no parking sign (for the 2nd time around which costs 59€ per request) to complete the kitchen installation on November 29, but the kitchen fitter cancelled the night before.

Worst thing, Ixina asked me to pay the full amount on October 4 even though the kitchen is not 100% installed.

Not a happy customer here considering my kitchen is very small and now became smaller (thanks to Ixina) and they could not do something to fix my kitchen concerns.

I would definitely not recommend Ixina Merksem. They will just waste your time and money due to poor services.

Update: Contacted Ixina's customer service via call and email but I did not get any response ever since. They promised they will call me on December 6 but didn't call up to this day.
