Very disappointing, bought a host of things which arrived a few days later, missing I kilo of chocolates which were the most important part of the order.

No communication route for me to follow except for an email (24 hours response time) through which eventually they glibly apologised and told me that they had processed a refund. (No details and I still don’t see it three days later)
No choice over that, no offer of sending out the product even though they still have them for sale.

Requested they post the chocolates out for me if I paid again and was ignored.

Just told again, after the 24 hours obligatory delay, that the refund had been processed so they couldn’t help me.

Clearly they are unwilling to engage with rectifying their failure to deliver what was ordered so I would be forced to buy again and pay full postage for item they failed to include. Poor customer service.

Always use this company, they deliver on time and as described they have such a wide range of products to choose from.

Was really sceptical about certain products I'd ordered after reading other reviews (especially about USN/other proteins) but everything arrived in perfect condition and came SO quickly too!

I bought some Grenade protein Bars that were coming up to expiry to same some money.

They dispatched on time, great price, and was exactly as described (BBE was accurate).

Fabulous find, I have ordered 3 times and collected on site as I live close by. Everything in order, staff are very friendly and professional. Last visit I had put an order in enroute and the lovely chap made it up for me whilst I was there.
