Bisous stands by their product and their replacement program. I lost my Gunmetals while enjoying the rigors of leisure in the Caribbean and unfortunately lost them to Davy Jones.
I reached out to Bisous and the replacements were delivered next day.

UPDATE:Since writing my review just a few days ago I promptly received an email from the owner, Jonas and I received my sunglasses yesterday!!! I have not previously experienced such amazing customer service !!! Thank you Jonas for your swift attention to resolving this matter!!! I ABSOLUTELY love Bisous sunglasses and always receive compliments on them!!!! I gave my son my first pair, this order was to replace them but I look forward to ordering more in the future!!! I placed my order November 8th. Received an email saying my order was cancelled so I contacted customer service and was told it was a mistake and that they would be shipped out ASAP, 2 1/2 weeks later I was informed that you received my order and shipping info would follow. I STILL have not received my order.

I seriously bought these glasses because their advertising is some of the best I’ve seen. It helps that they’re also an awesome team of people who dream big and deliver quality products. What’s not to love? If you’re not wearing Bisous, what are you even wearing?!
