I ordered a chemo turban from them and waited... and waited... I checked the order confirmation, and they had an order tracking button, but with a dead link. Two weeks in, I sent them an email asking about the whereabouts of my order, and they said their courier had delivered it, with no evidence shared. They showed me where they delivered the item, and it was the billing address instead of the shipping address. As there was no one to receive the package at the billing address, the item could not have been delivered there. I requested a refund, and 7 days later, they haven't replied to my email, and it has been nearly a month since I ordered the item. AVOID.

Purchased an item, waited past the bank holiday for the item to be delivered….never arrived, baring in mind delivery states up to five days. I purchased two items and received no dispatch notification. Reached out to the company twice via email, only to receive a response that they never received my prior emails…
Had to contact my bank in order to try and get back my money which the bank are still trying to do. When I called a number which I found online, in order to find out why I had not received my items, I was told the items were not dispatched because I contacted my bank, obviously because I never received the items!!!

Shuchona was very professional and friendly. I love the way she waxed my eye brows and did a good job of underarm and lower leg.

Top quality, pure products, excellent prices and very fast delivery - what an impressive business - and adding more great products all the time. Well done Ivynat!
