It seems I have the same complaint as everyone else ordered shoes about 4 months ago and still not got them all I can say is dont order anything from them wish I didn't have to give them a star because I didn't want to

Same complaint as everyone else. I ordered my trainers in March off FB. Still not arrived. They answer my emails promptly telling me they are en route. I think they must be walking from China.

Wish there was a minus for the star rating! Ordered trainers end of April still haven’t received them & very likely not going to, the tracking has had them in every country from China but unfortunately not the UK. DO NOT order from this site & FB need to vet their advertisers just hope I can get a refund through credit card company. 😡🤬

Zero stars should be an option - ordered trainers 20/04 - still not arrived tracking placed them in China , Kazackstan & Russia now its saying the company doesnt exist. Emails "told me" to be more patient - guessing from all the other reviews , Im not the only person this has happened to . Facebook should vet their advertisers otherwise they are just as guilty as Ivyleo of fraud

I ordered shoes 1-april,still haven't got them,Tex them , they're on their way,can say goodbye to my £30 then, it's a scam, saw them on Facebook, won't order anything again

I ordered my trainers in april. Still have not received them. I was given a tracking number for them but they have apparently gone from china, to russia to numerous other places but still not in this country. Like everyone else i don't think i will be getting my trainers. This is the biggest scam ever. Only wish i knew this before i ordered. Something should be done about this so called company.

I ordered shoes in May and like everyone else haven’t received them. I asked for refund but got a reply that my order was being shipped. Lies. I’ve ordered off Facebook before with no problems at all, this is the first scam and it will be my last for sure

Ordered 8 May after numerous emails to them asking for courier and delivery tracking, all I receive back is sorry for delay and have been shipped which is obviously rubbish. After reading other reviews can see is a waste of time emailing them. My last email to them a week ago asked for refund but no reply!!!! As others have stated Facebook should be checking companies before allowing them to advertise. Will never buy from Facebook adverts again. Goodbye to my £30 !!!!

I ordered trainers off this company, 3 months later I have still not received them. Requests to refund my money were met with they have already been shipped, you can return them for a refund if not satisfied but how can I return something I've never received. They have now stopped responding to my emails, scammers clearly, avoid at all costs

I ordered shoes in May tried to email them and IvyLeo without success looks l can kiss my £29.95 goodbye.
i fear this is a scam and MUST BE AVOIDED.

Like everyone else reviewing, 3 month wait, shoes advertised as sketches.. no such thing, wearable but not what I ordered at all, very disappointed feel as if I have been mislead, too much of a pain to complain, will do better research next time. Be advised don't bother ordering I have complained to facebook

Like many others ordered back in April got another msg 4 weeks later saying shipped fron China but heard nothing since and web site is now gone.. Facebook should be held accountable for allowing these Scammers to trade on their platform.. Doubt I'll ever see the trainers or get any response from Facebook..

Shoes finally arrived after a 3.5 months wait, not exactly as described but value for money. It's June now so best order early for Christmas.

Very very poor service. I had ordered a pairs of trainer that many people wrote a great reviews about the website how good the service was and how comfortable the shoes are.i decided to placed my order 14th April 2020. After 8 weeks of waiting I had emailed to the team someone replied me after 3 days I have sent an email like they don't really care to respond to you. Costumes service is very very poor. Now I have given up waiting for the shoes. Three weeks ago I have ordered the same shoes from a different websites and it came early than I expected

If I could rate zero I would paid for my shoes the 18th of April 2020 after loads of email back and forth it's now the 26th of July 2020 no shoes and it's in the hands of my bank to sort out it's a scamm, fraud do not fall for their scam

☆● 24/7/20 Mine have arrived they are clearly not sketchers as other people have mentioned. There is no support in the backs of them so I have been clearly had by this company! What a waste of money! ☆●

I have been waiting since the 27th March for a pair of trainers and I keep getting asked to wait a little longer. I have asked for a refund and been refused. They have said when the trainers arrive to send them back and they will refund me! They haven't arrived yet so don't think they're likely too!

Ordered some trainers some time beginning of May not yet received, decided to email them a month ago in June regards to the update no reply they don't even got a courtesy to do that!! what a scam, please please people before ordering anything verify the sites be aware never trust sites on Facebook they are bloody scam 😡😡

Waiting for over 3 months for Shoes I ordered. The website is no longer available. I have done a company search and it looks like it has dissolved and reopened as Ivy & Leo. A play in words. Please please do not order from any of these companies. She has a string of short lived companies
