Excellent service from Ivy Diffuser. The quality of oils and diffuser are amazing for a very very reasonable price. Ordered and received within a few days. Packaged lovely with card explaining the various oils. Will definitely order from this company again.

After looking at several products I decided on ivy diffusers, I’m so glad I did. I had a couple of questions of which they responded very promptly. Great service even better product. Highly recommend. Plus never slept better since receiving my diffuser and essential oils.

I have today purchased the Ivy eDiffuser for a family member.
I was fortunate enough to have bought the LARGE eDiffuser from this lovely company some years ago.
My daughter had asked me where I had purchased it from, so I decided to treat her.
This delightful diffuser is so EASY to use, easy to clean out and is so RELIABLE.
It gives out a variable trail of vapour (adjustable from the front) and has a beautifully calming number of lighting colours (which I adjust to suit the oil being used) and somehow gives out a more positive aroma than some other more expensive brands of diffuser.
You will be delighted with your purchase as I have been with my first IVY, and have used for a few years to great effect. Enjoy!!

Purchased a 2nd time from Ivy after buying a diffuser last time I am topping up on my essential oils. The essential oils smell good and can tell they are high quality.

Based on a recommendation from my masseur in regards to aromatherapy and how it can help you with sleep, and to just generally relax (I have issues fully unwinding after work because my home has now become my work due to corona, so I never fully relaxed from work)

I did some research, as this peaked my interest and I came across Ivy Diffusers.

With lockdowns and such, I have found my stress levels are higher and sleep schedule has been somewhat interrupted. The day this arrived, I set it up and followed the suggestions provided by Ivy Diffusers to combine Lavendar and Orange to create a scent which helps with sleep, to my surprise I actually did fall asleep quicker, and woke up feeling slightly more rested. This carried on for the other nights I have used it so far.

However, to no fault of Ivy Diffusers, my diffuser did develop a fault. I contacted them and James arranged a collection of my faulty product and sent out a new one the very same day. The customer service was incredible from him.

I have to say, at first I was very sceptical of this product and thought it was just some gimmick. But after using it for over 72 hours, I can say I can see why some people love aromatherapy. Not only does my home smell amazing, but it seems to have helped calm my dog who can be at times, a little brash.

I fully love this and I cannot wait for my replacement machine to come.

10/10 recommend this.
