Excellent customer care and professionalism

I recently started attending IV Boost and have been extremely impressed with how professional and helpful the team have been from the outset.

They were welcoming, organised and clearly focused on making sure customers are looked after properly. During my onboarding they also went out of their way to help resolve an issue relating to some previous cryotherapy sessions at another nearby clinic, which I really appreciated.

Overall a very positive experience so far and a great example of how a wellness business should treat its customers.

Excellent service

I have been using IVBOOST for years and they are always wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. DR Joshua is always a delight, so cheerful and makes you feel at ease. I normally have a vitamin drip or shot and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
