Extremely disappointing customer service from IVG.
I switched to IVG around 8 months ago because I genuinely liked the flavours, but since then I’ve gone through at least 20 IVG Pro modules/devices that have suddenly stopped working and will no longer charge. I also tried the IVG Pro 2, hoping the newer version would be more reliable, but unfortunately that didn’t last particularly long either.
What has made the situation far worse is IVG’s complete lack of customer service.
I have now emailed them twice explaining the problems in detail and have received absolutely no reply. I even made it clear that, if they continued to ignore me, I would leave a review sharing my experience. Still nothing.
What is the point in providing a customer service email address if customers are simply ignored?
I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I wanted to know whether I could return the failed devices for inspection, whether this was a known issue, and what IVG could do about the number of devices I’ve had fail.
After buying their products consistently for around 8 months, I would have expected at least the courtesy of a response.
In my experience, this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. A company can have a good product and good flavours, but that means very little if they completely ignore customers when something goes wrong.
I’ve given IVG more than enough opportunity to respond, so unfortunately I’ll now be switching to another brand that I hope is both more reliable and actually responds to its customers.
I’m leaving this review so other customers can make their own decision based on my experience.
