I had a training session with Kim at Ivanmed, and while she was professional and informative, the overall experience was just average. The new equipment like the Cyropen and Dermapen are ergonomically friendly and promising for client use. Though the sessions were pleasant, they didn't stand out as exceptional. Ivanmed offers solid training resources, but there's room for enhancement.

Excellent training with Lauren for the cryopen

I trained with Ivanmed in 2022 to microneedle with a brand that has now separated from Ivanmed. I always found that support from Ivanmed was second to none so I have recently changed my microneedling device to Imedpen so that I could be sure of ongoing support and high quality products. I have not been disappointed and last week both Simon and Evelin took the time to respond late in the day to ensure I had information that I requested. Thank you

I highly recommend Ivan med for cryopen training. I trained with Kim who was a lovely friendly trainer, who was so knowledgeable with the cryopen. No question unanswered! The theory side of things was also very in depth, thorough course. I cannot wait to offer this service to my clients! Thank you so much Kim and Ivanmed!

I had training for the new Ivanmed Dermapen with Kim. Kim delivered the training really well and was very friendly, warming and very professional.
I really enjoyed using the new pen its definitely ergonomically friendly, easy to use and definitely provided a much faster clinical end point!

I had training for the new Ivanmed micro-needling device with Kim, she was very approachable, friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. The new device is surprisingly easy to use and more comfortable, considering it's larger than the older models, looks more aesthetically pleasing and professional, and can't wait to use on clients!
