A man named Jason took care of my case

A man named Jason took care of my case.
He helped me from start to finish, explained every bit of it and was very friendly!
I wish I knew about this company sooner before everything got worse! But incredibly glad I know of them now. 100% would recommend

AMAZING SERVICE...5 STARS

Amazing service.Jason was so helpful and professional who put me at ease, I wish I had called them sooner.

Unprofessional

Poor advice, unprofessional staff joking around loudly with colleagues whilst on the phone discussing sensitive information. Would not recommend!

Best customer experience in a long time.

I could not have had a better customer experience. From the initial call I had with Jason to the end result followed through very carefully and considerately by Darren. Very professional company and they really will bend over backwards for you and follow you through the whole process from start to finish. I can tell that they are very adaptive to each individual client on the way the process is explained and dealt with. But maintain professionalism throughout. There are so many ways you can send requested documents to them, including sending it on WhatsApp. Everything was dealt with within a day and any follow up questions I had were answered with ease. I really felt like Darren had become a friend to me, and at such a crucial moment in time I could not have asked for anything more. Don't hesitate. Don't panic. If you are struggling and need to look at different options, call them today.
