Everything went as it should so far. I have not received my ultrasonic cleaner as of yet, but I did receive tracking numbers it was shipped ups ground on Friday so I assume I will receive it on Monday/Tuesday.

I was a little hesitant to try a new product but im glad i did. This stuff works awesome 👍. My machine holds 20 gallons and i added the lowest ratio witch is only 2%. The green residue thats so hard to get off just melted off. And not just off the aluminum,the brass too. We'll see how well it works when the water gets a little dirtier buy for now im sold and the response time for customer service is excellent. Keep up the good work.

Placed order on Oct 25th for wife’s birthday on Nov 4th, package did not arrive until late Nov 5th.

Been waiting 10 days since order was placed. I contacted company to see the status of my order. I was told the order wouldn't ship for another 2 months! Nowhere on the website or any emails I have received does it say that it will take this long to receive it. I am beyond disappointed. Wont be ordering from here again.

Before I ordered, I used the online chat to request the MSDS for the GunClean L6 and it took all of about 2 minutes to get what I needed! Shipping was fast and the product works far better than anything else I have used. Highly recommended.

Overall meets needs EXCEPT....will not heat up to full temp which causes it not to clean as well as advertised. Would not buy again.

our ultrasonic works great. i really like the how i can change the temps.

Our large ultrasonic was always full of dental instruments and we needed a smaller size for partials and dentures. This was the perfect size and a decent price for our dental office. Great product and I would purchase from iUltrasonic again when I need another.
