I had an issue with an unauthorized membership renewal on itstrendtime.com. Their policy clearly states that subscriptions must be canceled before renewal to qualify for a refund. However, after escalating my case, they agreed to refund me only if I left a positive review and sent proof. This is an unethical practice of review manipulation, prioritizing PR over customer service. A company should not condition refunds on misleading feedback. Proceed with caution before subscribing.

Sama from the escalation team was helpful. Overall experience aside from the person assisting me (who has been helpful), has been confusing as I have never subscribed, not sure how this happened hence why my rating is a not a 5. Not sure what I was subscribed to honestly.

Edit: You don't get a refund after escalation unless you give a good review which I asked why and did not get an answer. I rated 3 to try be nice and they still wanted me to rate a 5 and remove the part about me being confused about my subscription that I had no knowledge of. I was told not to mention any refunds, which is unethical.
