I rang the company about an enquiry…

I rang the company about an enquiry about the delivery of my solar panels. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. She rang me back when she said she would. She provided me with a very good and reliable service. Sorry I do not know your name but you were extremely helpful. I greatly recommend this firm to others. Thank you again

Considering my goods didn’t arrive on…

Considering my goods didn’t arrive on the scheduled date agreed and I took a day off work and waited in all day is not great. I still don’t have the purchased goods. Let’s hope they turn up this week. When I called your number to check if they were still being delivered. I got an automated response saying your business was shut as you were respecting the Jewish holiday. This delivery was agreed for the 21st June so I checked online when the Jewish was. Shavuot is June 11th to 13th so the week before

We do sincerely apologise that the transport company failed to deliver on the day that we booked it for. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions it can happen with any transport company that they are unable to complete their deliveries within the work hours they have especially when deliveries are requested for a Friday. We will be on it straight away to find out what happened and to re-book the delivery.

Regarding the answer message, it was meant to change back automatically after Shavuot for our closed hours. However you will see on our website that we do close early on Fridays. As we work extremely long hours during the week we require some time on a Friday afternoon to prepare for the Shabbat. We apologise that this can cause inconvenience on occasion.

Professional job…

The electricians were neat and communicated clearly how the system worked and what was required. They cleaned up after the install and took the rubbish away with them.

DO NOT USE them

Sent the wrong goods, refused to sent one ordered.
Lied about no stock. Very poor business practices. Would not ever use again, and recommend no one else does.
Now being taken to court for breach of contract.
