Awful return policy! Don’t buy from this company! I have purchased from many companies w quality merchandise and have never experienced a return difficulty. I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding wring size so I EXCHANGED for different size same dress still didn’t fit but was not permitted to return. Evidently if you exchange you can’t return. Ridiculous!! Customer care was useless and answers multiple times w a generated response. It’s 2025 Mills! People mostly ship on line and need the option of exchange and return! So I’m out the money but oh yeah “I can sell it” I was told

If I could give zero I would. Bought a dress exchanged the size same dress still didn’t fit but was not allowed to exchange or return only permitted one exchange. Out the money!! If I had returned and purchased again I would have been able to return and been refunded. Ridiculous policy ! It’s 2025 Mills!! If you’ve found the same dress listed at a significantly lower price elsewhere, there’s a high chance those websites may be fraudulent or selling counterfeit items.
We always advise our customers to be cautious when shopping online, as unauthorized sellers often use our photos without permission and may not deliver the product shown — or deliver anything at all.

I took a risk and ordered a dress that was pretty out there for me style wise. The package arrived wrapped up beautifully, not to mention the box itself was gorgeous. Nice branding move! The dress arrived quickly and the quality was great. Ultimately, the dress didn't fit as I hoped and was itchy under the armpit area. I just knew I couldn't make it work. Return was easy and hassle free.
