I received the dress with wholes on the dress. I’m having hard time connecting with customers service. There is no phone number to contact the merchant. I sent an email to report the problem, I was told to take pictures and send it to them. So far no response. I’m not sure how all these going to work out. If i don’t hear from them i’m going to return the dress.

I have never had such amazing customer service like this from a brand before. I bought a dress at the last minute, but just enough time that it should arrive a few days before my event. For some reason my tracking was not updating up until the point it arrived to my city, so already I’m emailing and freaking out a little bit wondering when my dress would ship. Not only does Milla customer service respond within MINUTES, but they dealt with my annoying self emailing twice a day just to make sure it would arrive on time. They were diligent and even offered to make arrangements in case my order was not out for delivery. To my surprise, that very day my order arrived!!!! I was so pleased. And on top of that, this is the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen. It fits like a glove and is so comfortable! I am one happy bride-to-be! 😍 I love you Milla!! And I will 100% be back for more! (and I’ve learned my lesson- don’t wait until the last minute!)

Timely shipping but expensive duties!
The dress shipped pretty quickly to me in the US considering it was being shipped internationally. The only downside is that you have to pay pretty massive duties on shipments, so even if you end up returning, you will have quite a hefty chunk that is non refundable... Luckily I love my dress, so I don't need to worry about that!
