Service was fast, effective and the item was exactly as advertised.
If I could be at all critical, I would say it's a bit complicated to sort by available stock. There's a lot of "Out of stock" items which is understandable, but it'd be nice to filter them out when returning to the site and looking "What's new".

Ordered 2x 27 inch monitors
Ordered 2x 27 inch monitors, came clean, working, no funny issues on screen or any problems at all.
Very friendly staff too.
Will be ordering again.
They even came with monitor stands which I wasn't expecting but was a great bonus.
Very pleased with the Service and Price.

The item a 2015 refurbished 27-inch Mac…
The item a 2015 refurbished 27-inch Mac was in a first class condition.
The operating system already installed required a password when used, no problem if you get the password with the mac, my Mac arrived without one.
As I am a first time user of a Mac this was a problem, however my brother a Mac user sorted it out and reinstalled the operating system.
The above need not have been a problem with a little thought by "Itresale" but then that may be the problem ..... thinking.
A answer from `Itresale` stated I should have contacted them and the password would have been provided. That is exactly what I did do. However no one was available to provide the password but they would ring later when available. I am still waiting for that call that I don`t need now.

Monitor was as described
Monitor was as described. Well packaged and arrived 2 days after order was placed. It had no stand but I knew that - made one myself. Worked straight from the box. Came with power lead and a VGA lead - didn't need them. Highly recommend.

Great service and product.
I bought 2x used monitors, delivery was swift and the displays look fantastic. Both 32" monitors, one is connected to a Mac in a music studio and the other to an Xbox One. I would not hesitate to use IT Resale again.
