Great Content, but Needs Better Support for Working Professionals
I’m satisfied with the course structure and the volume of practice material. However, I’m rating this 3 stars because of the limited support hours. As a full-time worker, I often have to take holidays just to speak with a tutor, as there is no weekend or late-weekday availability. I suggest adding a mandatory 3-month check-in session and offering more flexible support hours. Email is helpful, but one-on-one interaction is essential for maintaining my learning momentum.

My experience was great because of the structured and well-organised learning approach. The course materials were clear, and easy to follow, even for someone transitioning into a new field. The support from tutors and mentors was consistent and reassuring, especially when preparing for exams like APM and PRINCE2. I also found the flexibility of the programme very helpful, as it allowed me to learn at my own pace while balancing other commitments.
What is the organisation doing well?
ITonlinelearning Academy is doing well in providing accessible, career-focused training that equips learners with recognised qualifications. They offer strong learner support through guidance, resources, and exam preparation, which builds confidence. The academy also does well in bridging the gap between theory and practical application, helping students feel more prepared for real-world roles and career progression.

Wonderful
I took my PRINCE2 training with them. I have passed my foundation and writing my practitioner soon. It was a Very good experience I had. The tutor explained the teachings well enough to understand. The teachings are arranged in very good order. After taking the course , you can still meet up with live tutors who will guide you. Ryan was always giving me tips nd hacks which were very good. I also met with the smiling Debbie who was really helpful as well.
