Telephoned to enquiry about stock levels to be told you had lots in stock, after placing the order I received an email a few days later stating that the item was out of stock and would have a 2 month delivery time.

Great price and as soon as I ordered i got an email confirming the details, took around 5 days for the item to be dispatched but understandable under the circumstances. Once dispatched it was here within 2 days. I would recommend these giys and will definitely use them again.

I items I have wanted tend to be out of stock but wait not usually long.

Prompt service. Item was back in stock on the correct date and immediately depatched.

Items that I ordered was out of stock and was informed immediately that they would be sent sent as soon as available received item only one week later

Product was first class. Unfortunately after I placed the order I was unhappy to find that the item was out of stock and had to wait for the item to be replenished. I feel that ALL online companies should give an indication of the stock level position and any delay to delivery time scales.

From order to delivery I have been kept informed of my orders status. Will use ITM again.

Obviously the reason there was only a "standard delivery" option for the USB cables from a UK based company was because you just order them in from China. So the fast turn round job I needed to do was waiting two weeks for something I had to re order off Amazon for a third of the price! No indication of likely delivery date till I'd paid up. The job is done and back on the customers helecopter whilst I still have two days to wait for your over priced option to alledgedly turn up and I'm £30+ out of pocket

Disappointed that something that appeared to be in stock on their web-site, ended up taking well over a week to arrive.
Then sent from Ferndown to Swindon, before being delivered back to Salisbury. This added a further 1-2 days to the delivery time.

Excellent product and good communication but I was dissapointed to find the items I wanted were out of stock and I had to wait almost two weeks for delivery..
