WebSocket connections are stable with fast reconnection. Paid plans offer good value; free tier is limited but enough for individual quants.
As a quantitative practitioner with stringent requirements for data accuracy, I have compared data from several providers and found that iTick delivers highly accurate data which fully meets my needs, and I have been using it consistently to date.
Stock API offers broad coverage, including real-time quotes, K-lines, and order books. Historical data retrieval is smooth. Interfaces are standardized with clear error codes, lowering integration costs. The free tier has strict rate limits and limited depth; high-frequency users need upgrades. Cost-performance is above average.
When developing a stock system, the timeliness of IPO information is crucial. Previously, several stock-related APIs were used, but none fully met the requirements.
