Good price and great service

Bought two itech pro 120 batteries for my van and a itechbc40 charger , had problems constantly with poor performance of the batteries, under very small load, batteries would go into safe mode constantly, with very little load, contacted itech world but got no help, then the batteries completely failed, the van won,t even work with the electricity on. Luckily i kept the old chinese made lithiums i removed , they work better than the itech ever did. Total waste of money, Shameful from an australian product.

Just upgraded my 2 agm batteries with 2 itechworld 105ah, absolutely amazing with the difference in weight. Also added the controller with dcdc. I’m impressed that I can see the charging status easily on my phone. Very competitive pricing that made me pull the trigger with itechworld, Australian made is really important to me now and any set up questions were easily answered.
My coffee machine and e-bikes will now be fuss free.

Second battery BMS died within 12 months both times ruining a road trip, will not bother with warranty again as product is too unreliable.

Great range and pricing. Customer service over phone was very helpful. I needed to return one of the items as not required and the process was very easy.

I purchased a power station, it arrived within a week, was in solid packaging. The unit is well made and I ran a four hour test, I’m using it to power a fridge when the car is stopped. Works a treat, just have to see how it goes on a trip, but overall very happy with the price and product.

I purchased a PS1800 pro on-line the day a further 5% discount was available.
During the check out process I did not get the option to enter a discount code.
iTechworld provided a gift voucher instead. As always, the equipment worked beautifully.

ITechworld were great. Easy process to order online and my order came quite quickly. Communication was good.

I believe the product is very good however the salesman are absolutely useless as they did not know their product. They supplied a list of installers of which half didn’t Instal the product!!! USELESS!!!!!
