Super positive experience from booking all the way to the end of the service. Booking was efficient, it was easy to stay in contact with them before and during the service. The service itself was phenomenal and very professional, and it allowed us to go between 2 destinations that are otherwise poorly connected. Would book again with my eyes closed!

I requested a ride from Bologna to Ravenna, Italy. The driver arrived on time, came to pick us up in a very clean and elegant Mercedes. He spoke both English and Italian and was very accommodating. We had a safe drive, with no issues. I highly recommend this service due to high-end service, safety and cost. I will use them again.

I used Italy Private Transfers for multiple trips through Sorrento and Naples. They are incredible; they are very aware of traffic patterns and are very accommodating.

Super-professional. We used them to take us from Siena, after the Palio, to the Florence airport. Streets were partially closed down, but the driver made the extra effort to figure out how to get to our apartment instead of us needing to meet him at a pickup spot several blocks away. Courteous and helpful; thumbs up, would readily use them again.

Our drop off location was a met and the driver exceeded expectations by dropping us off early at the precise, requested address. Our driver was on time, courteous and there was bottled water in the very comfortable 6 passenger vehicle.

From the ease of the booking process with Dion and the tailored trip to suit our group of 4 needs, everything was really smooth.
Dion listened to my requirements and came up with a number of itinerary’s - this was really helpful.
Our driver met at our meeting point on the day, and was so lovely, nothing was too much trouble and he gave us as much time as we wanted in every place we visited. All it took was a quick text to pick up when we were ready!

I would highly recommend Italy Private Transfer! We booked two separate trips. One private driver from Rome to Sorrento with stop in Pompeii for lunch and private tour of the ruins. Everything went perfect. Our driver, Nino, was prompt and very friendly. His recommendation for lunch was perfect and our private tour was also amazing.

Our second trip from Sorrento to Naples airport was also great.
