Esperienza pessima ho ordinato la merce 2 mesi fa e il venditore non ha mai spedito la merce, l’importo è stato pagato subito però ogni volta si trova una scusa per il ritardo dei prodotti non ha di preciso una data di consegna, anche su whatsapp risulta molto aggressivo sembra disponibile ma non lo è lo fa per temporeggiare al momento ho chiesto il rimborso vediamo come va e se la mia recensione negativa cambia
Prodotti stantii, alcuni fuori data massima di consumo, caffè aperto..non so che dire…purtroppo la consegna e la spedizione non sono avvenute come ci avevano rassicurato più e più volte dall’assistenza clienti, che tra l’altro è sparita in un lampo.
Il signor Maurizio Caggiano, titolare, prima ha mostrato interesse, poi ha bloccato i nostri contatti e rifiutano di rimborsarci, nonostante prova video foto ecc..
