Simple and easy
The booking was made simple and easy. The whole process took less than 5min. However the fees were a lot higher than I expected, which made final price significantly higher. This was a bit surprising to me considering I’m doing the whole search and booking myself. Also the T&C on luggage wasn’t completely clear so I was a bit uneasy having a ton of luggage with me, but it turns out there’s no limit on luggage.

I was happy with the trains until there…
I was happy with the trains until there was a stroike.
I made a reclamation but I didn't get any satisfying answer and no monex back after 5 Months.
I am very desappointed: I lost a lot of money and I had some trouble to get new ticket.

sadly we can't control the strikes. When this happen we try our best to contact trenitalia in order to obtain the refund of the tickets and if you contact us we send you formularies in order for you to talk to them.
It can take some time but regarding strikes or cancelations or delays they pay back.

Great train ride, some wear and tear
The train ride through Italy is a great experience, especially for someone coming from a culture where train travel is not the norm. The trains in Italy are wonderful. On our particular ride, we noticed a significant amount of wear and tear on seats and floors in first class. That’s the only less than ideal part of the journey.

It was easy to navigate and find the trips and fares I wanted. But my trip included 4 trains and I was trying to choose the best times to allow me to see what I wanted in each town which of course took time and while booking my finalised trains the trips would start to “drop out’ of my basket. So a suggestion from me is to either increase the time a trip is in a basket
