A great train experience
The train employees were friendly and helpful. The train was punctual and was comfortable. It was my first time to ride the train to travel. I always travel by airplane. But your company gave me a very good experience. I will ride your train again when i travel again in Europe. I hope the water closets will be cleaner. Then i would have given a rate of 5 stars. But keep up the good work and i love riding your trains!

Trains were clean and staff friendly
My daughter and caught 6 fast trains during our first trip to Italy. We were really impressed, trains were clean, ran on time, easy to navigate as a tourist and staff very friendly and helpful

Not exchange nor refund on tickets
I bought tickets online and race in Ferrara was canceled. We tried to get an exchange for Bassano del Grappa (which was cheaper) but you guys refused the exchange and not refund was also an option. Shame of you

It’s been months and I have not received any update on the refund for the train cancelled due to strike.

The experience was wonderful
The experience was wonderful. The only issue was when reading the ticket, I understood the departure time, was actually the arrival time! So we missed our train and had to purchase the tickets again at a much higher rate. Oh well some experiences in traveling are better than others.
