Quality clothes well discounted price. Too much time for delivery.

All right. Received the ordered goods without any problems and in the right time. The goods are original and the prices are fine

It's always a lottery with the wrong or missing informations about the products. There are mistakes on the products information, about strange sizes etc, and you have to pay the return even if it's not your fault.
I stopped buying a lot a of kind of products because of a lot of bad experiences and the support was the worse experience I ever had online.
Also a lot of products are really old warned by time.

I honestly do not recommend this app.
There are not convenience in buying here, you can find most of the products at the same price on other online stores as well as without paying shipping and return costs.
Another problem is the shipping time, almost 3 weeks to get your orders...

I had bought a turtleneck sweater but received a t-shirt.And what's more, the down jacket still had the anti-theft tag!!!!!!!!!

I used this market place in the past and wanted to use it again after a long stop. Unfortunately, i has to return both purchases. What i don't like is when Privalia send you goods they charge you € 4.99 for the delivery and if you return the good they keep € 7!!!! Guys are you crazy or what? i paid for the delivery and when i return you charge me nearly twice! I don't think I'll be using this platform anymore as all normal vendors don't charge you if you want to return goods that are small.

It's interesting to have such variety of products to choose from at discounted prices. The only downside is the incredible length of time it takes to get your goods home. On a positive note, the site makes you plan well ahead!

1) Delivery time is very long, 24 days: the order was sent on 6 september and arrived on 29 september;
2) I pay delivery costs to have the product and If I want to return the product I've to pay 7 euro more. Too much!

I'm absolutely thrilled with my shopping experience on this site! The website is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I'm looking for. What's more, the customer service team is top-notch - super responsive, helpful, and efficient, especially when it comes to returns and issues with orders.

I have ordered a couple of things and the order was fine...products in good condition and delivery well done.

I made some orders in last year with Privalia, everything was always managed well; also in the few cases a problem arised (e.g. wrong size shipped) the customer service promptly managed the situation.
I recommend the shop for the good prices and variety.

Good prices and good brands, everything I ordered always fitted my size correctly; only thing I don’t agree with is the price of shipping, it’s always so high and always slow on delivery, so I pay that much money for what I expect more.
