Pessimo servizio e assistenza inesistente – davvero un peccato!

Nonostante it.investing.com offra dati e strumenti utili, l’esperienza complessiva è deludente.
Da anni segnalo bug ed errori, in particolare sulle notifiche, che anche se impostate correttamente vengono usate per inviare spam e messaggi di marketing non richiesti. Ho scritto più volte all’assistenza: la richiesta risulta ancora “pending” da anni, mai una risposta né un minimo interesse a risolvere.

La situazione è peggiorata dopo il passaggio alla versione Pro a pagamento: ogni tentativo di contattarli per modificare il piano o chiedere chiarimenti è completamente ignorato.
Un sito con potenzialità, ma con un servizio clienti inesistente (0 assoluto) e una gestione imbarazzante della relazione con gli utenti.

Davvero un peccato: potrebbero fare molto meglio, invece stanno solo allontanando i clienti.

Pessimo

Pessimo. Sito fatto veramente male, pieno di bug, pieno di spam. Stendiamo un velo pietoso sui forum: osceni, funzionano una volta sì e dieci no, i messaggi vengono formattati male, spesso non passano, spesso vengono cancellati senza alcun motivo, mentre rimangono tutti quelli di spam.
Non so come qualcuno possa sottoscrivere un abbonamento premium a un servizio che di professionale ha solo i grafici (forniti, tra l’altro, da TradingView e nemmeno proprietari) e i dati, comunque reperibili altrove.
