I ordered a product (Soft Rug |…

I ordered a product (Soft Rug | TEPIFINKO) that was completely different from the description and photos on their website. The quality was terrible, and it felt like a scam. They also failed to provide a proper receipt or invoice, raising legal and tax concerns. Customer service was unhelpful, asking for photos even after the product was returned per their instructions.

Many others have had similar experiences, as evident from countless negative reviews on Facebook and Trustpilot. This company operates with misleading practices, and we are forming a group for legal action. Be cautious and save your money!
