Absolutely scummy company
Absolutely scummy company! I can't say I've ever come across a more anti-customer company in my life. I have been trying to get a product replaced for several YEARS now (one that was recalled due to safety issues and it containing cancer-causing chemicals), and after multiple emails to their "customer service" they finally agreed to replace them. I posted them back and waited... And waited.. Chased multiple times and no response. Never received the replacement. Tried again a couple years later as a last ditch, still ghosting me. So they ultimately STOLE my expensive leathers and never replaced. I'm considering taking the company to court but it's difficult as they operate out of Italy and I'm in the UK. I've honestly sent so many emails trying to get my stuff back and they just straight up ignore all emails or messages through their website (trust me I've tried all methods of contacting them). They are extremely and criminally evasive. Avoid buying any Alpinestars product because if something goes wrong with them they will never try to help you.
