This was a small-to-middle-sized project (6-7 man-years) of mobile application development that started from product design specificaton and finished after the application was delivered. IT-Dimention was well organized in terms of project management and from a technical point of view. As the product wasn't defined too precisely, good cooperation between both teams was crucial for project success, and we got it from the IT-Dimention part. Very few issues needed escalation, and usually all the issues were efficiently closed with developers. Using GitLab and RedMine efficiently, we gained full transparency into the development process.
