I wanted somebody to advise on a replacement PC and transfer the data from my old machine. Barnaby did all of that, mostly offsite, followed by a visit to my home for the transfer. I found him to be professional and helpful, and can highly recommend him.

The services offered are very professional. The response to resolve IT issues are promptly dealt with thus minimising downtime. Furthermore, the web security offered through ''Webroot Secure Anywhere'' is very effective in safeguarding all my devices.

Great honest service, fast turn around and delivery back to the house

With my laptop packing up with the dreaded Blue Screen appearing, IT As A Service saved the day. Very efficient and friendly, my laptop was picked up from home, dealt with quickly, and promptly returned in full working order. Such good service, thank you so much.

Barnaby replaced a dead hard drive on an ageing mac and got it back to where it was before. He collected it and delivered back as good as new saving me the big expense of a new big screen iMac. Excellent service, highly recommended for any of your IT needs.

I had a problem with a noisy fan on my HP laptop. i found this company via a local google search. My initial email was replied to promptly and the customer service I received throughout was excellent. The problem was diagnosed and I was given a price for the repair if I wanted to go ahead. I did and I had the laptop back fully repaired within a couple of days. I would happily recommend this company to anyone.
