I was surprised how much fun swegways are, good product but very heavy so don't run out of battery away from home but good battery life

I bought a balance board from this company and when it arrived it wouldn't charge up. I phoned them and arranged for it yo be returned. Their system of returning things is ridiculous if you work so I asked for a refund instead. Board was collected near,y 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've made numerous phone calls and sent several emails. Someone is always going to ring me back but they never do. They keep saying refund has been done but clearly it hasn't. The company is a sham unless you're actually lucky enough to get a working board. God help you if it has to go back for any reason though!!!

Good fun products & the staff have great customer service.

My son purchased this item which arrived after few days,within an hour the board completely packed up and threw him off I contacted the company and thy said it would be sent for repairs but would need pictures first, as I turned on the board it went berserk burnt rubber on my carpet and nearly hit my baby, I contacted them again requesting a full refund they said they would look into it, it was collected then I received a email saying it would be returned within 28days which I declined and demanded a full refund. They then said they would refund but deduct £25! Due to the damage caused by their board being faulty! finally they gave in and refunded in full. I still have a carpet left to replace they never offered no compensation. Never use this company they are the worst company ever they will tell u anything to not refund and then when they agree to refund they delay anyway they can!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!
