Must admit was a little skeptic regarding the purchase of the Windows Password refixer and even more after reading some of the reviews. Went ahead made the purchase to try and get access to my bosses laptop. It went so smooth, followed the steps and now he is back on his laptop. So thank you so much will for sure recommend your software to others

After Windows forced me to change my password, then subsequently forgetting it next day (my fault I know), it is impossible to reset your Windows password to your computer without having backed up your password to a USB device ! Absolutely no way of emailing a link to recover/reset password or anything, so unless you have done this, you are stuck and locked out of your computer! Totally ridiculous. Used iSumsoft's Windows Password Refixer Ultimate which was simple to use and, after booting the PC from the USB device, I just had to chose my account, set my password to BLANK and restart the PC - logged in successfully BINGO! Worked a treat, thank you. NOTE TO PEOPLE - NEVER FORGET YOUR WINDOWS PASSWORD!

Fast customer response, and quick assessment of the issue I was experiencing.

Scam! Tried their FRP removal tool, not working. After mailing for a month back and forth with lots of additional questions they still don't deliver. Asked for a refund, and still got additional questions I already answered. Dont buy, don't use their software!!

I purchased isumsoft android refixer. It failed to recognize my galaxy s8. (model g955u). I wrote an email to support....will need time for them to get back to me, but my initial impression is I was scammed.

Had issues downloading the software - contacted support and they responded quickly and provided the correct information to enable password changes.

Product does not work, I contacted support, and I did get answer, so I wrote claiming the money back, but they haven't issue the refund

I reset one of my computers and found that I was having access problems for some reason or other.

There was a folder hidden away very secretly that was keeping me from gaining full access to the computer.

I Googled the problem and found a few sites that addressed it but not to the extent and depth that iSumsoft did.

Being a technical writer, I was very impressed with the step-by-step instructions they gave.

Very easy to follow, even though it was way, way in the background, where users like myself never go.

I was also impressed that they addressed a couple possibilities of what could go wrong along the way, and if so, what to do about it.

This was me just looking on their website. Not even a paying customer.

I initially went for the iPhone password one and they advertised the bundle underneath of it. Bought the bundle... realized the iPhone one wasn't even in the bundle they flaunt for you to buy instead.
So I stupidly still pay for the iPhone one....... big mistake.
Not only does their web page give false advertisement that there's no data loss, which i looked up and its displayed on their website, but the phone was still locked ontop of it erasing my data....
Horrific waste of time and money

Every single good reviews here are definitely fake, this is a SCAM. I locked my iPhone 14 ProMax cos I tried using the custom password feature, but I've forgotten it (completely my fault). Panicked and bought the software after reading so many websites talking about them, even trusted ones.

After booting up the software, they literally tell you to do the exact same thing you can read from anywhere else in the internet, and the worst part, the software itself says reset is the only way to go. Gee, thanks.

Don’t buy anything from this scam! I bought a clone software from this company, try to clone a usb with bootable data exactly the way as per their instruction, trying to recreating the usb was a waste of time,I bought this software.didn’t work.Support is a joke too, it says 24/7 support but took them nearly 6 hours to respond from my initial question with a meaningless reply. 30 day money back guarantee is a lie too, when I ask for refund they just ignore me. Going through credit card transaction dispute at the moment, won’t let them steal my money.Last response was from them was try the copy,my response was if I was to copy I use windows is free

Backed up my wifes iPhone pro 12, got her the 14 pro and the restore would fail no matter how I tried or many cable changes. Got in touch with support and over the next few days they were able to help me out. Thanks for the help, the boss is happy and I'm in the clear now.

You will not get your money back so think wise before buying any sh**ty product from this company.

This is a clever scam. Even if it works, you can't uninstall it, you have to do a clean boot for your OS.

Password remover does not work. Message reads "failed to open file or there is no password." Ummmm there IS a password, that's why I bought your softweare. Useless.
